The beginnings of Canarbo are with fresh fish and seafood, originating from eastern Maritime Canada.
All the products are shipped in a constant cooling chain. First, ground transported directly from the source (supplier/processor), then air freighted from Montreal Airport via Amsterdam to the Island of Bonaire, all within a 2-3 day turnaround.
Product assortments can range from: Fresh Atlantic Salmon and Smoked Salmon (New Brunswick), Fresh Oysters (New Brunswick and PEI), Frozen Scallops (Bay of Fundy).
Including above we offer international products such as White Shrimps 16/20, Branzini (Spanish Sea Bass), Yellow Fin Tuna Loins (Portioned), Squid Tubes (with and without Tentacles), and much more. All are stocked at all times at Canarbo warehouse for automatic replenishment.
